APPROACH
- I hold a free preliminary client meeting to obtain an overview of the organization, determine their requirements and services required.
- Where a client wants to establish a certified quality/environmental management system, I carry out a gap analysis to compare how they currently meet ISO 9001/ISO 14001 requirements.
- Following the gap analysis an estimated programme for achieving certification is produced.
- Certain activities will need to be carried out by the client, for which I will provide guidance and templates.
- The frequency of progress meetings is agreed with the client.
- Where a client simply requires a systems review or advice I develop a bespoke action plan.
